i dont know what has happened but i have screwed my sleeping patterns up completely, i have slept about 7 hours in the last 3 days. on tuesday night i went to a bar till 3AM and had an exam at 10 the next morning, so didnt sleep much, then that evening i flew back home and didnt get to sleep till a stupid hour, the birds were singing so it must have been late. but still i woke at 8am. then last night i was just faffing around, then i realised i forgot to have dinner and was starving so had some toast, and before i knew it it was 5am, so again no sleep. i would say its jetlag but i was only an hour ahead, so i dont think thats it. perhaps its the excitment of the festive period manifesting itself just like it did in my youth? i dont know. i am so tired but cannot sleep, so i just feel kind of wired yet unable to concentrate. the only thing that makes me fall asleep in a flash is a glass of wine, but i dont really want to go down that road, having to down a glass of wine a night to sleep. so any other tips? havent even had caffeine recently, i hate coffee, i am avoiding cola, not even chocolate! ah its stressfull.

Well, drink a lot of (german) beer and I guarantee you you'll sleep like a bear ;D ....

Reminds of love symptoms! haha, knowing me thatis probably it. i was actually lovesick for the last 4 months, i was hyper all the time and wasnt sleeping well, and now i will probably never see that love again, alas, so maybe thats the problem. or maybe its the fact that i am faffing around watching tv till stupid hours of the morning. its a vicious cycle. toby i will try the beer i like beer but dont drink it a lot. a nice glass of leffe is mypersonal favourite.
