Sean Macnmeara you think is the nice guy but honestly turns out to be the same. He's having a fling with a coworker on the hit reality show. Theres many more characters Scrubs dvd with different storylines and they are always making you want more. This is not a show for minors since there is lots of nudity, vulgar language, and surgeries being performed.
