Well, I guess it's a personal choice to smoke or not and nobody can actually forbid you that. Professional sportsmen usually do not smoke, maybe Nesta doesn't do that constantly either.

i don't think football players are allowed to do that, but look at the pic, it's his private time, so maybe it's ok

i'm not saying that he can not smoke but most of athletes are not allowed to do that, because it'll effects their healthiness.

i have a friend from high school and he's a basketball player and he got caught while he was smoking and his coach was babling him about smoking danger and all that stuffs.

i know its a personal choice, i'm smoking, so i have nothing against it.

tut tut, i hate smoke. imagine your lung capacity and fitness if you didnt do it alessandro, you'd be a superman! ah he loses a couple of attractive points for me also, but he had so many to begin with i don't think its too much of a problem.
