Anybody watches it? ahhh, I don't reckon many people on the forum are interested, but I'm loving it. Milica? You actually come from serbia&montenegro where it's taking place and basketball is really popular in your country. but you may be one of the freaks who don't go with the nation and do not watch it. lol. but how exciting it is! we won 3 games out of 3 so far and are in the quater finals, where we meet either serbia&montenegro or france. I'm sure it will be S&M! In case you follow it, Milica, we'll be in two different sides. Or Toby? You like basketball? I love Dirk Nowitzki, man, germany won 51:50 yesterday over russia, freaky. 100 points per both teams. but I'm glad germany won!

just like I imagined no one else is interested, but ey. doesn't matter. I think I'm going to have a short chat with myself about it. we're playing france tonight, I'm so looking forward to it. will be grand!

it's 6:50 in the morning, just wanted to say we lost yesterday! very upsetting, but I don't consider this a tragedy. I mean, happens for everyone. we were terrible last night thou. haha. we still have to make to the top 6!! ah, I'll post more when I come back from school or in the evening. I want Slovenia to win it now.

that's sport, don't worry, sweety. I was about to cry today when we were playing russia and when we were losing, but not really because we might not make it to WC but because my man Mindaugas Zukauskas will probably retire from NT soon. I love him to bits, though yea, he isn't as good as he was a few years ago. and he was captain-ing our team this tournament, would have been nice to see him lifting the cup  so both lithuania and serbia lost to france, ah. let's hate them together! 3 teams are out who won their groups so far, there will be no surprise if spain loses later tonight. I'm really sad about slovenia  at least we beat russia at the end. |

I would just like to congratulate Greece for winning, I think they're the third team after Yugoslavia and Soviet Union to be champs both in football and basketball in Europe at the same time. They deserved it, although I felt sorry for Dirk Nowitzki. He's so cool. But if Germany had won I would have felt sorry for Greece, so.. I love basketball so much, can't wait for Japan next year  |
